Refund policy

Every Low & Long Co. item is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

 

Damaged, misprinted, or defective? Email us at lowandlongco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund - your choice.

 

Lost package? If tracking shows no movement or your order never arrives, contact us and we'll make it right.

 

Wrong address? If an order is returned because the shipping address was entered incorrectly, we can reship it, but reshipping costs apply.

 

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5-10 business days to show up.
