No. Every Low & Long piece is printed to order just for you. That means less waste and no overstock — it also means your order takes a few days to make before it ships.

Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–7 business days. During big drops and the holiday season it can take a little longer.

Once shipped, most US orders arrive in 3–5 business days with standard shipping. You'll see your shipping options and costs at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming — join our email list to hear first.

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check the status any time using the link in your order confirmation email.

Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund — no cost to you.

Since items are printed to order, we don't offer size exchanges. Please check the size chart on each product before ordering — and if you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

Contact us as soon as possible. Orders go into production quickly, so we can only change or cancel orders that haven't started printing yet.

Each product page has a size chart with exact measurements. Our tees and hoodies are unisex fits. Want it oversized? Go one or two sizes up.

We print on premium blanks from established apparel brands. The exact fabric and weight for each item is listed in the product details.

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print. This keeps the print looking sharp for a long time.
